Job summary

XB Consultants in West London seeks a Talent Project Manager for a maternity leave contract based at the HQ. Hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will lead global talent projects, drive ATS rollout (SuccessFactors) and partner with global HR to optimise processes and candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in global Talent Acquisition and strong project leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Educated to Bachelor's in Business, HR, Psychology; MBA/Masters an advantage.
• Strong TA & attraction expertise with global project management experience.
• 8–10 years in global environments.
• 3–4 years in project leadership; ATS project leadership incl. upgrades/rollouts (SuccessFactors advantageous).
• Oversee TA ecosystem incl. attraction, brand, process, candidate experience and reporting.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Very strong IT skills incl. MS Office, ATS (SuccessFactors), analytics & AI in TA.
• TA background with pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the group's Talent projects globally.
• PM of Talent Acquisition and Attraction ecosystem reporting to the global head of Talent & Culture.
• Build and roll out ATS to countries across Europe, Americas, APAC.
• Continuous improvements of Talent systems and processes.
• Stakeholder management – national, regional and global.
• Develop global Talent Attraction strategies with HR and business units.
• Oversee employer branding and candidate experience to maintain a world-class reputation.
• Develop and manage global frameworks covering process, interviews, feedback, offers.
• Identify internal sourcing strategies and lead implementation.
• Select and manage vendors – technology, web, agencies and partners.
• Manage talent reporting and dashboards, global trends.

The Opportunity

Our client is a leading global FMCG / Retail group. For a Maternity leave contract we are searching for a Talent Project Manager to be based in the West London HQ (Hybrid - 3 days).

Please note this role is a Project Manager rather than operational HR / Talent / Recruitment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the groups Talent projects globally
• Project management of the whole Talent Acquisition and Attraction ecosystem reporting to the global head of Talent & Culture
• Building and rolling out the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to countries across Europe, America's, APAC...
• Continuous improvements of Talent systems and processes - changes, updates, implementations to support the global teams
• Stakeholder management - national, regional and global
• Key player in developing global Talent Attraction strategies working with HR and the business units
• Oversee all employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to ensure a world class reputation and make sure the group continues as a global employer of choice
• Develop and manage global frameworks and guidelines covering; process, interviews, feedback, business cases, offers...
• Identify internal sourcing strategies (referral programs, succession, internal opportunities, mobility etc) and lead the projects to implement
• Selection and management of vendors - technology, web, agencies and partners
• Manage talent reporting and subsequent dashboards, recommendations, global trends etc

Candidate Profile

• Educated to Bachelors in Business, HR, Psychology or similar - MBA / Masters an advantage
• Strong professional in Talent Acquisition and Attraction coupled with global project management experience across the Talent function required
• At least 8-10 years experience working in global environments
• At least 3-4 years experience in a project management and leadership rolesProject leadership experience for ATS - upgrades, implementations, roll outs etc. Experience with SuccessFactors an advantage
• Able to oversee and manage the whole TA ecosystem including attraction, brand, process, candidate experience and reporting
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills and experience both internal and external
• Very strong IT skills including MS office, ATS (SuccessFactors), analytics and new TA technologies / AI
• Strong TA background combined with a pragmatic, solutions-focused and business aware approach
