ICAEW in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a permanent basis. This hybrid role delivers full-cycle recruitment and partners with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet resourcing needs.

You will lead on attraction strategies, ensure compliant practices with UK GDPR and employment law, and provide a positive candidate experience while shaping ICAEW's talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns across levels.
• Credible recruitment-partnering and communication skills to advise and challenge hiring managers.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law, immigration and data protection relevant to recruitment.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, judgement and problem-solving to manage vacancies.
• Ability to interpret recruitment data and market information for evidence-based recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Manage a full portfolio of vacancies from approval to offer and handover; conduct or support interviews.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs and market conditions.
• Develop tailored attraction and sourcing strategies using direct search, networks, social media and agencies.
• Deliver an inclusive recruitment experience with clear communication and evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, data protection and internal policies; escalate higher-risk matters.
