You will champion employer brand, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure an inclusive, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, while aligning with workforce planning and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence senior leaders.
• Experience building and managing candidate pipelines across roles and levels.
• Commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and diverse shortlists.
• Data-driven approach using metrics and market insight to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and headhunt passive candidates.
• Activate employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence including salary benchmarking and competitor activity.
• Lead workforce planning alignment and early career initiatives.
• Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing, and assessment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
