You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

In this hybrid Uxbridge-based role you will drive inclusive hiring practices, build diverse pipelines and influence strategic hiring decisions

Qualifications

• Essential Experience recruiting across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operational functions within a complex organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with and influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through direct sourcing techniques.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure talent.
• Provide expert recruitment advice on attraction strategies, assessment approaches and market insights.
• Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipelining to build diverse talent pools for critical positions.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing effectiveness and inclusive hiring practices.
• Monitor recruitment data and market trends to improve attraction strategies and outcomes.
