We’re excited to welcome a Talent Partner specialising in GTM and Corporate roles to join our growing Talent team at Elliptic. With a global headcount of circa 150 and ambitious plans for continued growth, this role is pivotal to helping us scale strategically.
As a key member of the People and Talent team, you will take ownership of hiring across specific client groups. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional talent, shaping a top-tier candidate experience, and playing a critical role in ensuring we attract individuals who align with our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional sourcing capabilities across different platforms and talent pools.
- Strong experience in market mapping and talent intelligence for GTM and Corporate roles.
- A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to create high-quality job descriptions, interview plans, and assessment criteria.
- Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process with a solution-focused mindset.
- Extensive experience in transforming and optimising end-to-end hiring processes — from streamlining workflows and reducing time-to-hire, to enhancing candidate experience and ensuring greater consistency, quality, and efficiency in recruitment.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, data-driven, and inclusive hiring practices that align with organisational goals and deliver measurable impact

Key Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Drive a full hiring lifecycle for relevant hiring campaigns, from partnering with hiring managers to scoping a role through to making the offer.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to socialise jobs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, define interview plans, and determine fair, effective assessment criteria.
- Lead market research and talent mapping efforts to proactively build strong pipelines and provide insights on talent supply and trends.
- Champion a first-class candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely communication and a structured, inclusive hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, working with internal teams to boost Elliptic’s visibility and attractiveness in a competitive market.
What you will achieve in the first 6 months:
Build strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across your client areas, becoming a go-to advisor on all talent-related matters.- Deliver measurable improvements across at least two areas within the hiring process.
- Consistently meet or exceed key hiring KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to meaningful hiring campaigns, playing a core role in delivering on high-priority roles and improving our ability to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
- Embed best practices into how we hire, helping to raise the bar in interview quality, feedback standards, and inclusive hiring across your teams.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
You will be a great fit here if you are:
- Experience working in a sourcing centric role, ideally with internal or agency experience.
- Prioritise quality over quantity in every part of the hiring process.
- Are confident sourcing for roles across a range of technical/non technical areas, levels and geographies.
- Use a data-driven and analytical approach to find creative solutions in tough hiring markets.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, communicating with empathy, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Champion an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience and bring a genuine passion for equity and diversity in hiring.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in a SaaS environment;
- Experience using ATS - Pinpoint or other software that helps drive hiring.
