monday.com is rapidly growing, and attracting the best talent to join our teams is our top priority! We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will identify top talent for monday.com and lead the recruiting lifecycle.

We seek a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to reach out to top talent candidates across various business fields. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, with a deep understanding of business plans and strategy. You will partner with business leadership, profile the best candidates, develop sourcing channels and strategies, build an effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, conduct interviews, and be involved in all hiring decisions.

About The Role
  • Manage end-to-end (E2E) hiring processes, including planning, initiating, and executing recruitment workflows.
  • Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in person.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to the business, reporting on market trends and candidate experience.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions aligned with each position's requirements.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pool of active candidates to meet future hiring needs.
  • Prioritize candidate experience across the team.
  • Innovate by exploring new channels and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment strategies.
Your Experience & Skills
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a recruiter in a high-tech company, leading in-house recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates.
  • B.A. in Social Science, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
  • High energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
