This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
What will your typical day look like? Different that's for sure
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Atom bank, you will be a trusted partner to the business on all things Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different areas of the bank, including Tech, Finance, Risk & Commercial within Atom and deliver innovative solutions for hard to fill roles by using various attraction & sourcing techniques.
You'll use your expertise and market knowledge to advise the business and hiring coaches on effective hiring strategies, whilst also providing realistic timescales and highlighting challenges & opportunities.
The People Experience team at Atom all land in the office together on a Tuesday, we then cover other days across the week in office to provide support to our colleagues who are onsite in Durham (until we move to Newcastle in Autumn). Please only apply if you can attend either of these office locations a minimum of 2 days a week.
