Job summary

Pertemps SSDC DDT in Reading is seeking a Recruitment Partner for a permanent, 100% office-based role. You will own end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from ad response to onboarding, liaising with clients and candidates at all levels.

The position offers a salary of £28,000 per year plus bonus/commission, and a platform for developing campaigns across spot and volume work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee and manage both spot business and volume recruitment campaigns.
• Ad Response: Handle responses to recruitment advertisements efficiently and effectively.
• Passive Candidate Search: Utilise various sourcing methods to search for passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Facilitate and conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Candidate Shortlisting: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain constant communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including the interview, offer, and onboarding stages.
• Identify Business Opportunities: Spot potential business opportunities and pass relevant information to the sales team.
