Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Bracknell is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple Berkshire locations. The 'must haves' for this role:

  1. Recent experience of managing end-to-end recruitment
  2. Knowledge of how to attract and screen candidates in a challenging recruitment market
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence and build great working relationships!
  4. Ability to travel independently around Berkshire, noting that some of our locations cannot easily be reached by public transport

  • Good standard of education to degree level or equivalent or extensive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Previous Experience

Essential criteria
  • Recent experience managing end to end recruitment processes
  • Experience of using TRAC/application tracking systems
  • Significant experience working within a talent acquisition or recruitment team (agency or in-house function)
  • Experience of partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and to positively influence recruitment outcomes
  • Evidence of previously recording and measuring recruitment success
  • Experience of writing effective job ads
  • Experience of using job boards and CV sifting to identity suitable candidates
  • Experience of arranging and facilitating recruitment events (virtually and in-person)
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of how to use social media for recruiting
  • Able to identify suitable recruitment solutions to support specific hiring needs
Desirable criteria
  • Understanding employment law principles and how to apply these to recruitment processes
