Job summary

Terberg DTS is recruiting a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join their HR team in Elland. You will manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain good relationships with managers and candidates.

You will support apprenticeship recruitment, build consistent processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Office-based role with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• GCSE English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent.
• Previous recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising vacancies to onboarding.
• Screening CVs and carrying out pre-employment checks.
• Providing regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.
• Supporting development and delivery of a consistent recruitment strategy.
• Working with hiring managers to create job descriptions and assessment criteria.
• Guidance to managers on recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinating job advertising across internal platforms and external channels.
• Maintaining relationships with recruitment partners and job boards.
• Coordinating interviews and candidate assessments.
• Being main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and onboarding.
• Supporting apprenticeship recruitment activities and engagement with schools.
