Job summary

Terberg DTS in Elland is recruiting a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join the HR team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, coordinate onboarding, and ensure an excellent candidate experience across the organisation.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders, and an active approach to building effective working relationships. Office-based role with no remote working.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment activity.
• Understanding of recruitment legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from advertising vacancies to onboarding.
• Screen CVs and perform pre-employment checks.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and progress.
• Support development and delivery of a consistent recruitment strategy.
• Develop job descriptions and assessment criteria with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
• Be main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
