This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast paced, people centric Talent Acquisition Manager, or Head of Talent Acquisition to join this stable, and growing recruitment business to guide the internal TA team on their mission to help the business continue to achieve it's exciting global growth plans.

The business is incredibly stable, with year on year exceptional performance and financially backed by a private equity company, they have ambitious plans, clear goals set out to achieve them, and this hire is a fundamental strategic player in their long term plans.

The role will involve all of the below responsibilities:

? Strategic Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company growth plans
  • Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with business stakeholders in all locations
  • Monitor and improve recruitment sats (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire)
  • Ensure a consistent and strong employer brand across all talent touch points
  • Drive DEI hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruitment practices

? Team Management (1-2 Direct Reports)

  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters or coordinators
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the team
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
  • Support career development plans and up-skilling
  • Oversee daily workflows, requisition assignments, and priorities

? End-to-End Recruitment Tasks

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior or complex roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
  • Create job descriptions and align on job postings
  • Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools
  • Screen and interview candidates (phone/video/in-person)
  • Guide hiring managers through structured interview processes
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates
  • Ensure ATS and CRM systems are updated and accurate

? Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and report on hiring metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Analyze pipeline health and conversion rates at each stage
  • Review sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Benchmark compensation and competitor hiring activity

? Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, L&D, and business leaders on onboarding and workforce planning
  • Work with marketing to create recruitment campaigns and employer brand assets
  • Liaise with external agencies or RPOs, if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, right-to-work, and EEO guidelines
  • Maintain documentation and hiring processes that are audit-ready
  • Manage recruitment tools & tech stack (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms)

The Ideal candidate:

Will be proactive, love running a busy and high impact team and working closely with other business leaders achieve strategic hiring goals, you will have:

  • At least 3 years in a Senior Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Manager role
  • Ideally experience in the Recruitment Sector and hiring for recruitment businesses
  • Experience in people management
  • Excellent at building relationships
  • Creative ideas for hiring campaigns and brand awareness
  • Proactive and lead campaigns internally and externally to network with talent
  • Be able to commute into Horsham
