art-K is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across 60+ locations, acting as a passionate brand ambassador and partnering with studio managers to understand local hiring needs.

You will drive recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and optimisation while collaborating with Directors and Branch Managers to continually expand art-K’s teams and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and candidate experience.
• Partner with studio managers to understand local hiring needs on-site.
• Analyse recruitment analytics and market intelligence to refine attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across 60+ locations.
• Shape innovative attraction strategies and assess candidates with senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with Directors and Branch Managers to expand teams.
• Drive onboarding and ensure an engaging candidate journey from first contact to hire.
