Job summary

art-K is a growing private art education service with 8,500+ students attending skill-based art classes weekly. The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the full recruitment lifecycle, designing innovative attraction strategies and partnering with Directors and Branch Managers to build exceptional teams.

You will work on-site at our locations (Nottingham, Croxley Green, High Wycombe) and shape ongoing expansion while championing candidate experience and a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

Experience leading recruitment across multiple locations.
Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable TA processes.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy across 60+ locations.
Partner with studio managers on-site to understand local hiring needs.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize attraction and streamline processes.
