• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with workforce needs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on sourcing and interviewing.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from job design to onboarding and offers.
• Line manage the Onboarding Specialist to ensure timely onboarding and vetting.
• Improve processes and candidate experience through best practices and data.
