Job summary

LegalVision in Manchester is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across the UK business, including lawyers and sales roles.

In this fast-paced, autonomous role you will craft adverts, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers and help new hires settle in. The position requires at least two years' experience in high-volume recruitment and a readiness to work three days a week from our Ancoats office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in-house or agency recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in professional services or B2B sales recruitment is highly valued.
• Able to operate in a stand-alone role and drive end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job advertisements and post via Workable and job boards.
• Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.
• Arrange interviews (online and in person) and written exercises.
• Extend offers and prepare employment contracts.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and boost employer brand in Manchester.
• Conduct market research to set salaries and recruitment strategies.
• Communicate with new hires before their first day; arrange tech provisioning; organise inductions; check in post-onboarding.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Manchester to support the rapid growth of LegalVision!

You will be responsible for end to end recruitment and onboarding for all teams across our UK business, including lawyers and sales representatives. From drafting advertisements, to interviewing and preparing for your new hire's first day, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and nurturing the best talent for LegalVision.

This role is ideal for a recruiter with at least two years of experience working in a high volume environment. You must be happy to work in our Ancoats office at least 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Prepare job advertisements and post via our ATS (Workable) and directly to jobs boards as required
• Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates
• Arrange interviews (both online and in person) and written exercises
• Extend offers to successful candidates, including preparing and sending employment contracts
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and increase our employer brand awareness in Manchester
• Conduct market research to help determine appropriate salaries and recruitment strategies

Onboarding

• Communicate with new hires in the lead up to their first day
• Arrange tech provisioning
• Work with hiring managers to organise inductions
• Check in with new hires once they're onboard to see how they're settling in

The Ideal Candidate

• You have 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working in professional services, and/or in B2B sales recruitment will be highly valued
• You're confident to operate in a stand-alone role and are excited to embrace the challenges and opportunities that will come your way
