Job summary

LegalVision Law UK Ltd is seeking a 1-2 PQE Employment Associate to join our bustling Manchester-based team. You will support a growing SME/enterprise portfolio, advising on a wide range of employment and health and safety matters, including contracts, policies and contentious issues.

While based in Manchester is ideal, flexible and fully remote arrangements are welcome for the right candidate. You will handle matters end-to-end in a fast-paced environment and communicate directly with clients

Qualifications

• Broad employment law expertise across contentious/non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising on contracts, policies, handbooks and health & safety.
• Ability to manage matters end-to-end in a high-volume practice.
• Comfort communicating directly with clients with practical, commercial advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on employment contracts, settlement agreements, staff handbooks and health and safety policies.
• Assist with pre-tribunal advice and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Manage redundancies and TUPE for clients.
• Communicate with clients and deliver clear, practical, commercially focused advice.
