LegalVision Law UK Ltd in Manchester seeks an experienced Commercial lawyer (6+ PQE) to join as Practice Leader. You will own client relationships, advise on complex commercial matters, and supervise junior lawyers, while shaping your own practice in a supportive, high-performing team.

You’ll handle tech, healthcare, SaaS, fintech sectors and manage projects with autonomy, working from our Ancoats office with some UK remote options.

Qualifications

• English-qualified lawyer with 6+ PQE advising UK business clients
• Experience handling diverse commercial matters and tech/IT contracts
• Strong client relationship management and mentoring capabilities

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a diverse client portfolio in commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial/IT contracts and licensing
• Mentor and coach junior lawyers within the team
• Contribute to firm growth through client education and external events
