Due to Ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months, we have a very exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Talent team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end hiring process for Graduate Recruitment Consultants
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, events, and referrals
• Conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews
• Guiding candidates through the process including delivering feedback
• Managing candidate pipelines and interview stages in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Continuously improving the candidate experience — from first contact to offer stage.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
• Experience in directly sourcing candidate pro actively through headhunting methods
• Experience in managing ATS System
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills — you’ll be speaking to candidates daily.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple open roles at once.
• KPI and Target driven
• Exposure to graduate/early careers recruitment
• Passionate about identifying potential, not just experience.
