Job summary

Major Recruitment are recruiting for a recruitment administrator (drivers) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start. You will join their internal recruitment team delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots.

You must have prior experience as a recruitment administrator within a team/company specifically recruiting 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers, with a full understanding of compliance and checks required, RTW documentation and the ability to hit the ground

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a busy driving recruitment administration role.
• Experience with candidate attraction and RTW documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in chaotic environments.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume UK recruitment of drivers across multiple depots.
• Hit the ground running with compliance checks and checks required.
• Work in a hybrid office setting (Smethwick) and coordinate with the internal team.

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an recruitment administrator (drivers) on a temporary ongoing basis with an immediate start, you will be working for our client - one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the world, joining their internal recruitment team delivering high-volume UK wide recruitment of drivers across multiple depots

You must have previous experience as a recruitment administrator within a team/company specifically recruiting 7.5 tonne / HGV Drivers, as this will be an extremely demanding role and you will be required to hit the ground running immediately with a full understanding of the compliance and checks required.

Skills / Experience Required:-

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience within a busy driving recruitment administration role, processing high volumes
• Full understanding of candidate attraction, RTW documentation and transport related compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation with the ability to work well under pressure within chaotic environments is essential

Pay Rate / Hours / Location:-

• Up to 15 per hour
• Full Time Monday to Friday
• Hybrid, office location Smethwick
• Temporary ongoing contract
