Job summary

SEPA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant on a fixed-term basis to support end-to-end recruitment activity and onboarding. You will handle recruitment administration, assist with screening checks, and help hiring managers make confident use of the ATS.

In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to process improvements, provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, and ensure compliance with BPSS standards while supporting a diverse and flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy Talent Acquisition support role.
• Experience with BPSS/compliance requirements.
• Experience using ATS and pre-employment screening systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activity for candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist recruitment administration, including offer processing and onboarding.
• Administer pre-employment screening checks in line with BPSS requirements.
• Support hiring managers in using the ATS from vacancy requests through shortlisting and interview stage.
• Act as a point of contact for candidate and hiring manager queries, providing timely advice and support.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with SLAs, policies and governance.
• Support recruitment process improvement and provide insights from data analysis.
