SEPA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant on a fixed-term basis to support end-to-end recruitment activity and onboarding. You will handle recruitment administration, assist with screening checks, and help hiring managers make confident use of the ATS.
In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to process improvements, provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, and ensure compliance with BPSS standards while supporting a diverse and flexible working environment.
