You will own the recruitment lifecycle, source active and passive candidates, and collaborate with stakeholders to align attraction activity with business priorities while leveraging data to improve pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and networks.
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the business, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment administration and ATS/HR system updates for smooth onboarding handover.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview stages.
