Job summary

Seeker Recruitment Limited in London seeks a Talent Acquisition Advisor to build exceptional talent networks and support growth in an in-house role. Working with the Group Transformation Director, you will own sourcing strategies and actively shape future hires.

You will recruit across levels, from back office to senior roles, interview at all levels, and partner with senior leaders on capability requirements. There is potential to expand into Learning & Development and broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or talent engagement.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Naturally strong relationship builder with commercial acumen and confidence speaking with stakeholders.
• Experience using an ATS/CRM system.
• Experience with market mapping and AI-assisted sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing, identifying and approaching high-calibre talent.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of prospective hires.
• Developing relationships through calls, meetings, networking and events.
• Creating talent maps and maintaining accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Partnering with senior leaders to understand future hiring needs.
• Providing market intelligence around talent movement and remuneration.
• Managing recruitment from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Supporting employer brand initiatives with Marketing and People teams.
