Job summary

Quickline is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice for a Fixed Term 21-month contract at our Willerby office, offering hands-on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding while pursuing a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.

You will join a supportive team, develop skills in candidate attraction, selection and onboarding, and gain exposure to recruitment technology and AI tools in a growing broadband business.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding.
• Support careers fairs and social media campaigns to attract talent to Quickline.
• Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, receiving coaching and development.
• Explore recruitment technology and AI tools and innovative attraction strategies.
• Develop recruitment skills through a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.

This role is based at our Willerby office on a Fixed Term 21-month contract.
