Quickline is hiring an HR Advisor to provide high quality, practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle. You’ll help ensure engagement activity is coordinated and delivered, improving the overall employee experience.
You will guide managers on ER matters, deliver training on HR policies, manage onboarding and offboarding, and lead engagement initiatives. The role emphasizes automation and leveraging digital tools to simplify HR processes.
