Job summary

Quickline Communications Limited in Willerby (Willerby office, East Riding of Yorkshire) invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding while working towards a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.

You’ll learn by doing, supported by the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, building relationships, and exploring recruitment technology and AI tools to help attract brilliant people to

Responsibilities

• Build real‑world experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction and onboarding.
• Participate in careers fairs and social media campaigns to attract talent.
• Work with the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and receive coaching.
• Explore recruitment technology and AI tools for innovative recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment skills through a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship.

This role is based at our Willerby office on a Fixed Term 21month contract.
