Job summary

Quickline Communications in Willerby is offering a Talent Acquisition Apprentice role on a fixed-term 21-month contract. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding while working toward a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship, under the guidance of the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor.

You will support campaigns, engage with potential candidates at events, and learn recruitment tech and AI tools within a supportive, growth-focused team.

You'll gain hands‑on experience across recruitment, employer branding, attraction campaigns and onboarding while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification

This role is based at our Willerby office on a Fixed Term 21month contract.
