WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates using resources like LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and job boards.
  • Recruit for high-volume roles across our UK and European stores.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and support assessment centers.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Partner with Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes, balancing quality and time-to-hire.
  • Attract and engage passive candidates and build your network.
  • Identify talent challenges proactively and develop impactful solutions.
  • Enhance candidate experience continuously.
  • Stay updated on company policies and employment law.
  • Create and maintain accurate job descriptions.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Based in East London Studios, Shoreditch, with perks from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping, and health & beauty. Easily accessible, approximately 10 minutes from Liverpool Street Station and 5 minutes from Shoreditch High Street.


ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and working within the People & Culture team, your day will involve engaging with applicants and candidates about why AllSaints is a great place to work, aligning their values with ours. You'll work closely with hiring managers. The role is fast-paced, fun, challenging, and rewarding.
