ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and working within the wider People & Culture team, your day will be varied and you’ll spend a good part of it talking to applicants and candidates about why AllSaints is a great place to work and measuring their suitability based on our company values.

You’ll also be working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements. The role is fast paced and fun, challenging and rewarding.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, job boards, etc.)
• Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores within the UK and Europe
• Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centres
• Give constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to end
• Partner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes - keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talent
• Attract and engage passive candidates - build your own network
• Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them
• Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process
• Keeping up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment law
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions

• Be a brand ambassador who promotes AllSaints as a great place to work, whilst reflecting the high standards required to work here
• Enthusiastic, tenacious and determined to achieve results
• A natural ability in building and maintaining relationships within an ever changing environment
• A passion and understanding of communicating through social media and talent attraction channels with an engaging tone
• Team player who collaborates with and manages stakeholder relationships with a can do attitude
• Passionate with a keen interest in the fashion industry
• Digital savvy; can use digital tools to create content to attract and engage with future talent
• Ability to combine a creative and innovative approach with commercial ideas

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location.

Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
