HCC Service Co. UK Branch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive Early Careers hiring across Bridgend and Leicester. You will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, design fair assessment processes, and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and external partners to attract top talent.

You will manage contingent workforce governance, ensure data accuracy in the ATS, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices to support rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Talent Acquisition experience delivering end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience supporting Early Careers hiring and candidate experience.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation with multiple requisitions at peak times.
• Data-driven approach using recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Familiarity with regulated/policy-led hiring environments.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end Early Careers hiring cycles, from attraction planning to onboarding.
• Lead recruitment for Bridgend International Delivery Centre and Leicester office (non-underwriting).
• Oversee contingent workforce governance: requisition intake, onboarding steps, extensions, and reporting.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, TA, and external partners to improve process and candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and produce MI on pipelines, time-to-hire, and campaign performance.
