Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Talent and Resourcing Advisor to transform how recruitment feels across customer experience teams. You’ll build better pipelines, fair assessments and inclusive approaches that support managers and candidates alike.

You’ll shape recruitment campaigns, use market insight and data to improve decisions, and champion an end‑to‑end colleague journey from attraction to progression within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Shape smart recruitment campaigns for priority, specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Bring fresh thinking to attraction, candidate experience and proactive talent pipelines
• Use workforce planning, market insight and data to spot skills gaps and inform decisions
• Support conversations about talent mobility, internal progression and career pathways
• Coach managers to recruit fairly, consistently and confidently
• Design inclusive assessments that spot potential, not bias
• Bring employer brand to life across digital channels
• Use recruitment tech and our ATS to simplify and accelerate processes
• Spot opportunities to improve how we work and help implement them
