Owen Reed is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a top law firm in London on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Human Resources department on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The HR team works collaboratively in a business partner model. You will support the recruitment team with varied responsibilities, including administrative duties and liaising with clients in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage expectations of hiring managers and provide best practice advice.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Build relationships with agencies and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Create detailed job specifications and assist in screening and interviewing.
• Leverage LinkedIn for direct sourcing and increase direct hires.
• Manage agency relationships and contracts for London-based recruitment.
• Promote recruitment best practices across the firm.
• Screen CVs and liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Conduct briefing meetings and manage assessments and assessment centres.
• Assist with budgeting, market mapping, and graduate recruitment.
• Handle queries for the HR Helpdesk and manage invoices.
