Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a busy recruitment team in Denton, Manchester. The role covers the full end-to-end process from briefing to onboarding, with a temporary contract that offers the potential to become permanent.

You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams, sourcing talent through job boards and LinkedIn, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and pre-employment checks to ensure a smooth

Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from briefing through to offer.

• Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide recruitment updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date.

Talent Acquisition Advisor

Competitive salary | 37.5 hours per week | Temporary to Permanent | Denton, Manchester

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a busy recruitment team based in Denton, Manchester. This role would suit someone with previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience who enjoys working with people and managing vacancies from the initial brief through to onboarding.

You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and internal teams, taking ownership of the recruitment process and helping the business attract and appoint the right people.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Reviewing applications and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Conducting telephone and video interviews.
• Arranging interviews with hiring managers.
• Providing recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Managing candidate pipelines and keeping recruitment records up to date.
• Supporting offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Identifying ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What we're looking for

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers.
• Good attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Experience using recruitment systems and job boards.
• The ability to successfully pass a DBS check.
