Job summary

GSK Worthing is seeking a Tablet Packaging Team Leader for a 12-month secondment. You will lead two shift teams (Earlies and Lates) in a regulated packaging environment, coach operators, and drive continuous improvement.

The role partners with engineering, quality and planning to meet schedules safely and to quality standards. You should demonstrate strong leadership, GMP proficiency, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production or packaging teams in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMP and basic safety standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop shift teams to meet safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and use root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings and ensure data inputs into SAP/Workday.
