Responsabilités

• Lead by example to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure health and safety, production volume, quality standards.
• Schedule labour to meet the production plan.
• Allocate team to machinery and manage breaks.
• Ensure staff allocated per skills matrix.
• Review downtime data to drive improvements.
• Identify training needs and manage people.
• Drive improvement in machine rates and handover times.
• Report on KPIs and production issues.
