Job summary

Mundipharma is seeking a Filling & Packaging Operator on a fixed-term, project-linked basis at Bard Manufacturing Site to maintain continuity of legacy lines during the expansion training workstream. The role focuses on safe, compliant operation, documentation, and adherence to SOPs while permanent staff train on new assets.

The position supports production targets, 5S/GEMBA practices, and timely handovers, with shift-based working and a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum Mathematics and English GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English.
• Machinery certification gained through OEM in-house training.
• Packaging qualification (e.g., NVQ).
• Packaging machinery certification gained through OEM in-house training.
• Experience in production environment or regulated industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up, start-up, and changeover of designated legacy Filling & Packaging lines, following SOPs and completing batch documentation.
• Operate equipment safely to ensure delivery of production plans and supply.
• Maintain product quality in packaging activities per specifications and GMP.
