The Rec Hub Limited is seeking an experienced TA Operations Manager to lead a global transformation project from Greenhouse to Ashby. This is an autonomous, non hands-on recruitment role focused on process design, change management and stakeholder alignment across US, Europe and APAC.

You will drive the migration, define the future operating model, and ensure adoption of new systems and processes while aligning employer branding content for international markets.

Formación

• Proven TA/Recruitment Operations leadership experience.
• Led complex ATS migrations or implementations.
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or Ashby systems.
• Experience operating across global, multi-region talent environments.
• Strong programme and change-management capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Greenhouse-to-Ashby migration as priority.
• Map current TA processes and design the future operating model.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders across US, Europe and APAC.
• Drive adoption, training and best practices for new systems and processes.
• Support the integration of two TA functions post-acquisition.
• Review employer brand, EVP and careers content for international markets.
• Work with TA, L&D, tech, data/privacy, brand and vendor teams to mitigate risks.
