Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiters in-house, RPO or agency.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence at senior levels.
• Experience aligning recruitment with business priorities.
• Proficient in using data/metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to high performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce requirements.
• Oversee delivery across multiple business areas with quality service.
• Drive TA strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Use data/market insights to inform decisions and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships as a talent advisor.
• Support workforce planning with HR and leaders.
• Identify improvements to processes and tools.
• Champion exceptional candidate experience.
• Monitor team performance against objectives and SLAs.
