Job summary

Slough Council is seeking a TA Compliance Officer for an initial 6-month temporary contract with potential extension or permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office at SL1 2EJ, and involves coordinating statutory and regulatory compliance documents.

You will request certificates (Gas, EICRs, EPCs, FRAs, Legionella, HMO licensing), review validity and dates, update a central tracker, and undertake property inspections with weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance or audit is desirable.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory documents for property compliance.

Responsibilities

• Request statutory and regulatory compliance documents and upload certificates.
• Review certificates for validity, expiry dates and accuracy.
• Maintain a central compliance tracker on a shared drive.
• Undertake TA property inspections and welfare checks as required.
• Record inspections on the visiting tracker and provide weekly stats.
• Complete suitability/audit forms with clients.

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Slough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a TA Compliance Officer; this role will be: Hybrid 2 days office based. SL1 2EJ

The right candidate will:

• Request statutory and regulatory compliance documents - Gas / EICRs / EPCs / FRAs / Legionella / HMO licencing , pictures/videos of property – UPLOAD THE CERTS ON NEC.
• Review certificates for validity, accuracy, expiry dates etc
• Update and maintain the centralised tracker on shared drive
• Undertake TA property inspections to confirm property standards, occupancy or welfare checks as required.
• Record inspections on visiting tracker and provide weekly stats
• Complete suitability/audit forms with clients before or after every visit.
