Job summary

Vector Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Systems Support and Training Analyst to help users understand the technology, resolve issues and use the systems effectively. You will work directly with advisers and colleagues, providing day-to-day support and delivering regular systems training.

You will gain exposure to data analysis and migration, starting with Excel to compare and move data between systems, with longer-term aims toward API and EDI processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user system support.
• Ability to deliver clear training to non-technical users.
• Strong data handling and migration using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support users across four core business systems.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Deliver training to new and existing employees.
• Explain systems and processes clearly to non-technical users.
• Develop a detailed understanding of how different departments use the technology.
• Compare and validate data across multiple systems.
• Support Excel-based data migration activities.
• Contribute to the wider technology transformation programme.
