Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st and 2nd Line IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Good understanding of Windows OS and desktop support.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Lookups, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across hardware, software, and apps.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and fix issues.
• Troubleshoot devices and onboarding activities.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and UAT.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Create reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with third-party partners for system resolutions.
• Capture user feedback to drive system improvements.
