Role Overview:

We are supporting an international manufacturing business as they look to expand their IT team. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line user support to the internal business. Approximately 25-30% of the role will involve core IT support, including new user setup, hardware configuration, and small projects (mainly involving Intune). The primary focus will be on end-user support and management of the company's core ERP system, which operates on Dynamics 365 Business Central. Experience with this product is essential. Additionally, there is a CRM system (Zoho) in place, and familiarity with Zoho or other peripheral CRM systems would be beneficial.

The position is office-based at their Rossendale headquarters, offering a salary of £30,000-£35,000.
