How you will make a difference:

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role as part of an agile team building innovative products that make life better for people.

• Develop and deploy full stack applications and solutions using modern architectural patterns including Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Microservices
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems that handle complex business domains
• Work with product and technical peers to understand requirements and deliver outcomes
• Lead technical design discussions and help with architectural patterns and best practices
• Participate in design and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering
• Build in safety to move fast by working in small increments, writing testable and maintainable code, and getting continuous feedback
• Advance the values of the organisation (caring, accountability, integrity, empowerment, passion, fun)

What will make you stand out:

• Extensive experience in professional software development, with a strong track record of building and delivering high-quality applications
• Strong experience with Event-Driven Architecture and microservices patterns
• Cloud expertise, particularly AWS (EventBridge, DynamoDB, Lambda)
• Knowledge of security patterns, including OAuth 2.0 and fine-grained authorisation
• Excellence in both technical and business communication
• Self-motivated with ability to inspire and mentor others
• Experience helping lead technical initiatives and architectural decisions
