East Sussex County Council is seeking a dynamic Project Officer to support Children’s Services, improving case recording systems and delivering technical projects. You will work with a range of professionals, ensuring data quality, system enhancements and effective project governance across the education domain.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in supporting projects; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Experience with case recording systems and data quality would be an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project support across Children's Services and coordinate development and implementation of projects.
• Develop the Liquidlogic Children’s and Education Systems and maintain related procedures.
• Work with Practice Leads and Senior Managers to identify and drive improvement projects.
• Identify risks, produce guidance, and create process maps for staff.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure timely delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Support staff with training and respond to changing service requirements.
