Job summary

H-Power is seeking a graduate or early-career Systems Engineer to join its Systems Engineering team in the UK. You will work across the full product lifecycle and interact with engineering, planning, finance and customer-facing functions to deliver hydrogen-generation and clean-power technologies.

Your role focuses on requirements management and V&V, with scope to broaden to technical delivery and cradle-to-grave product engineering as you develop.

Qualifications

  • Experience with requirements management, V&V and multidisciplinary product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across teams without formal authority.
  • Interest in clean-technology environment and continued learning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the capture, review and management of stakeholder, system and subsystem requirements.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, system design and verification evidence.
  • Support V&V planning, evidence management and technical readiness activities.
  • Contribute to technical assessments and trade studies to support project decisions.
  • Help define system architectures, interfaces and modes.
  • Prepare specifications, reports and other technical deliverables.
  • Support product engineering across the lifecycle, including customer-facing docs.
