H-Power is seeking a graduate or early-career Systems Engineer to join its Systems Engineering team in the UK. You will work across the full product lifecycle and interact with engineering, planning, finance and customer-facing functions to deliver hydrogen-generation and clean-power technologies.
Your role focuses on requirements management and V&V, with scope to broaden to technical delivery and cradle-to-grave product engineering as you develop.
H-Power is looking for a graduate or early-career Systems Engineer to join its growing five-person Systems Engineering team. This is an opportunity to build broad, practical systems experience while contributing to the development of hydrogen-generation and clean-power technologies.
You will work across the full product lifecycle and interact with teams throughout the business, including engineering, project planning, finance and customer-facing functions. The environment is dynamic and fast-moving, so the role will suit someone who is proactive, confident and motivated by the opportunity to make a visible contribution.
Your immediate focus will be requirements management and verification and validation (V&V), helping the team work through an important delivery backlog. As you develop, your remit will broaden across technical delivery and product engineering, giving you cradle-to-grave exposure to how H-Power's products are defined, delivered, documented and supported in the field.
You do not need to arrive as a fully developed Systems Engineer. H-Power is prepared to provide training and upskilling, but you will need strong technical foundations, a structured approach and the drive to develop quickly.
The role will initially be based onsite at H-Power's Dunsfold facility five days per week during the three-month probation period, with occasional ad-hoc home working where appropriate. After probation, the position will move to a hybrid pattern with three days per week onsite.
