Job summary

H-Power is seeking a graduate or early-career Systems Engineer to join its growing five-person Systems Engineering team. This role offers cradle-to-grave exposure across hydrogen-generation and clean-power technologies.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, focusing initially on requirements management and V&V, with opportunities to broaden into technical delivery and product engineering within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related science field.
• Interest in requirements management, V&V and multidisciplinary product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Proactive, engaging personality with ability to build cross-team relationships.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support capture, review and management of stakeholder, system and subsystem requirements.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, system design and verification evidence.
• Assist V&V planning, evidence management and readiness activities.
• Contribute to technical assessments, evaluations and trade studies.
• Help define system architectures, interfaces, states and modes.
