Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a technically strong Senior Systems Engineer to work across the full engineering lifecycle with emphasis on requirements, integration, verification, validation and qualification. You will be hands‑on, engaging with stakeholders and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
• Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
• Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
• Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.

• Capture, manage and mature requirements.
• Develop test documentation, test plans and test specifications.
• Execute integration and validation tests.
• Create and maintain VVRM documentation.

This role suits someone who is hands‑on, confident engaging with stakeholders, and comfortable working across hardware, software and firmware in a complex engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your Background

• Strong experience with requirements management, system architecture, or integration and testing.
• Good understanding of verification, validation or certification processes.
• Experience with model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE, is desirable.
• Confident working across hardware, software or firmware.
• Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline.
• Competitive salary up to £70k.
• 3 days per week hybrid in Belfast.
• Relocation support if needed.
