Job summary

Anson McCade in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Engineering Delivery Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and own delivery across complex, safety-critical programmes in a customer-facing, regulated environment.

Hybrid work in Belfast (3 days per week) with relocation support if needed; up to £85k salary. You will drive governance, milestones and budgets, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment while ensuring successful outcomes at every stage of delivery.

Role: Systems Engineering Delivery Manager

We're looking for an accomplished systems engineer who has evolved into delivery leadership, with a proven track record of driving projects, leading high-performing teams and taking ownership of complex programmes. Exceptional stakeholder management is essential, as you'll be the trusted link between technical teams, commercial functions and customers, ensuring successful outcomes across every stage of delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, highly regulated and mission-critical environments. You'll bring the credibility, influence and communication skills to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to turn ambitious plans into successful delivery.
